ESOP's music is populated by grotesque imagery and vivid symbolism,drawing from artists across different mediums, such as Terry Gilliam,Salvador Dali, Leonora Carrington, Francis Bacon, William Blake, RobertAnton Wilson and Leigh Bowery.

The band released their debut album, Mondo Maleficum, to wideacclaim in January 2024, followed by their latest album PitchforkLibra in October 2025 which they are currently touring across the UKand Europe.
