Line Up

Rory Indiana are a English Alternative Rock outfit formed at University in the seaside town of Brighton.

They offer a refreshing, enigmatic spin on the Alt rock template. The groups penchant for heavy head moving riffs, apocalyptic lyrics and corrupted pop anthems drawing from the veins of artists such as Fightstar, Arcane Roots and Biffy Clyro.

Their inspiration is fuelled by a wide range of genres, society, politics, emotions and the coming of age. The group is influenced by an eclectic spectrum of artists including Reuben, Michael Jackson, Architects and Eminem.

Having only released two EPs and a single. They've already rustled the feathers of industry and audiences alike with a captivating live show and a heavy gigging schedule to match. In March 2016 the quartet put out their Sophomore EP Ruling Class Crooks. The self-released 4 track was critically acclaimed by publications such as Rock Sound (7/10), UPSET (4/5) and Kerrang scoring it a 4K review. Single 'Leave Me' was picked up by Daniel P Carter and played on the Radio 1 Rock Show. Previous single 'Empiricism' was championed by BBC Radio 6 DJ Tom Robinson. Thus triggering a buzz among fans. Their single 'Tough Love' received the support of Kerrangs Alex Backer as well as being playlist by Spotify Canada and Deutschland.

Having supported big bands, most notably Man With A Mission (JPN), Press to Meco, Fort Hope, Allusondrugs and The Qemists, proves they have accomplished a great deal off the back of very little. Affirming their commitment to the scene - they've steadily paved their way through the festival circuit, performing at festivals such as Leeds Festival, Liverpool Sound City, Y NOT, The Great Escape, Truck and 2000 Trees.

Their passion for music and the culture within the scene mean they're more focused than ever and ready to leave their unique footprint on the world of Rock.
